Arctic Opportunity Explorers

The project builds on previous work from the Educating Arctic Entrepreneurs project. The proposal is about empowering young people to become changemakers in the Arctic through sustainable entrepreneurship. The project puts partnerships and Nordic synergies at its core to allow students from different universities to work together on rights and livelihood of children and youth and gender equality. Anchored by students in different Arctic locations, collaborative student groups will have the opportunity to create solutions to real-world challenges.

Arctic Opportunity Explorers will be facilitated by a global biotech firm Novozymes’ HelloScience digital platform. Anchored by students in different Arctic locations, collaborative student groups will have the opportunity to create solutions to real-world challenges. The best innovations will receive the chance to enter the incubation and business growth phase with the project partners. This project is an inclusive and innovative approach with public-private-partnership elements.
