Nordic Arctic Rehabilitation

The purpose of this project is to facilitate knowledge sharing about increasing rehabilitation efforts and methods for old people in the Arctic. It involves partners from Semersooq in Greenland, Torshavn, in the Faroe Islands and, Ålborg in Denmark.

The project will address the challenge of demographic change and support old people towards a more independent and healthy life for a longer period, with the aim to decrease costs for the welfare state in the long term if the approach and models developed prove to be efficient.
